The school offers a 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training designed for those who seek a foundational understanding of yoga beyond just physical postures. We teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, complemented by breathwork, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology.
