Though trained as a Method actor, this single inquiry led me beyond the boundaries of traditional technique. I plunged into neuroscience, quantum physics, ancient Greek philosophy, and psychology — and what I discovered was a revolutionary approach to acting and being.

I call it The Supraconscious Artist.
